Hi there. Well, I am really excited. Our big moving day is coming up. We are moving 25 minutes from where we live now. Our kids go to a private school 45 minutes from where we live now and our church is in the same town we are moving to so our life will be alittle easier.

We will move this Saturday and will be offline until next week Tuesday. I have been waiting for this move for quite awhile now.

Looking forward to be getting more into blogging once my life is not so hectic.

Packing Boxes, Cleaning, People coming to look at our house tomorrow!

Hey, good news. We have people coming to look at our house tomorrow. Pray, pray, pray. We really need to sell our house.

I have been packing boxes all day. I am down to only 2 more boxes and now hubby will have to get me more boxes or I cant pack anymore. Gotta clean, clean, clean so the house will look good tomorrow. We need just the right buyer to really want this house!

We already own a home in the town we are moving to. We really cant afford 2 house payments, so pray, pray for God's mercy on us. :-))

Thats what I am in the midst of right now.

Been a long time since I wrote in my Blog

Hi there. Well, I know its been along time since I have wrote in my blog but life has kept me busy. Just not alot of time.

But the good news is we closed on our house. We are moving closer to our church and closer to our kids school! Yea! Finally! We should be all moved in within a month. I am very happy. and so are my kids.

My girls are on the sick side. Took them to the Dr. They both have had fevers and the Dr. said they both have sinus infections. So, both are on Antibotics (sp.?). My girls gave my husband and I colds so we have both been fighting a bad cold all week. Now some of my boys are getting colds. Mike and I have been fighting the colds with extra vitamins and lots of prayer too!

Well, I need to get my girls to bed. Bye for now, and hopefully, my blogging will become regular.

Child Abuse in the News Again!

You know, it really makes me very upset when I read about any child or teen being abused. If you read this story, you will see that there were 7 kids in the home. 5 out of the 7 were abused. AND we are talking torture! and I thought the times of Hitler was in the past.

I think once they find this couple, they ought to do the same things that they did to those teens living in their home. Let them feel the hurt and the pain and the agony of abuse and neglect. But, of course, this couple, once found, will have all kinds of rights just because that is the humane thing to do.

I think if we were alittle more strict in our country when it came to concenquences as they do in alot of middle eastern countries, we might have alot less crime. I just had to express how I was feeing about this story, These teens will be affected for their life! Down right makes me angry!

In the News: Indiana Missing Girl's Body found in Stream

This is currently in the news. Before I left for our youth retreat, I had read this Amber alert on my blog site. It was for a 10 year old girl in Indiana that had been missing since last week Tuesday. Her name is "Katlyn "Katie" Collman". Now, when I came back, the Amber alert had been cancelled for her due to her death! This really saddens me. My highest gifting in Mercy and I read things like this, it tears my heart out. I think we need to pray that the police and investigators find the man who did this. Also, lets pray for the girls parents, family and friends and for the community. I am sure they are really needing our prayers! If you have not heard about this story, you can click on the link to read the whole story.It is very sad!

This makes me much more protective over my children since you never know where a sex offender is living in yours or my town!
